HOW DO I GET MY DOORS AND WINDOWS TO CHIME?

If working with the Honeywell Vista series you would simply push your 4 digit code into the arming station followed by the "9" key, once done correctly "chime" will appear on the screen of the arming station. If working with the Honeywell Lynx series of products simply hit the Settings icon on the panel followed by tapping the word chime.

HOW DO I TEST MY ALARM SYSTEM?

There is two ways to test your alarm system. The first way is to open every window and door in your house when the chime is on and make sure the zone opened at the arming station. ASAP suggest you do this once a year. That will confirm that if the the alarm is armed that Zone works. The next way to check if the alarm is communicating with ASAP, is to give us a call.
